Rules and Terms

Based on the contract, the forwarder is obliged, on its own behalf and at the expense of the client, to carry out actions related to the transportation of the cargo. The client is obliged to pay the agreed commission.

The parties to the contract are the parcel forwarding company Anex Express, i.e., the forwarder, and the client, who orders parcels from websites in China and the United States in accordance with the law.
2.1 Registration with Anex Express is free and voluntary. Registration is carried out at www.anexexpress.com – the service terms are public. Using Anex Express services means that the client agrees to the terms of this contract after reviewing them.

Service Fees
3.1 The service fee is calculated based on the actual weight and/or volumetric weight of the parcel, depending on which is greater during transportation. Parcels are rounded to a minimum of 100 grams. Parcels over 100 grams are rounded to the nearest 50 grams.
3.2 Volumetric weight is calculated based on the length, width, and height of the cargo, using the corresponding coefficient.
3.3 Volumetric weight will be used only if the difference between actual weight and volumetric weight is 4 kg or more, or if the length, width, or height of the parcel exceeds 40 cm.
3.4 The cost of parcel transportation is calculated based on the parcel weight. Rates are variable and constantly updated on Anex Express’s official website.

Parcel Delivery and Payment
4.1 Parcels are delivered from the office according to standard office hours.
4.2 Delivery to another person is not allowed unless the office is notified in advance. In such cases, the authorized person must present valid identification.
4.3 If the above requirement is not met, the office is obliged not to release the parcel.
4.4 All incoming parcels are repackaged, except for branded, dusty, fragile, or easily damaged items.
4.5 Payment must be made only through the methods listed on www.aligeorgia.ge. Otherwise, confirmation of payment may be delayed, causing delivery delays.
4.6 Clients can collect parcels from the Tbilisi warehouse within one month. After this period, the parcel is considered the property of Anex Express.
4.7 Settlements are made in the national currency.
4.8 The client cannot collect parcels if the shipping fee for the initial shipment is not paid.
4.9 According to Anex Express internal rules, funds on the balance cannot be refunded to the client.
4.10 The client pays the amount calculated for each specific shipment based on the invoice issued by the forwarder.
4.11 If there is a debt on the client’s account, parcel collection is blocked until the debt is fully paid.

Forwarder’s Good Faith Requirements
5.1 Parcels must be properly packaged, with appropriate labeling for fragile items. If not, the office must be informed in advance.
5.2 If these rules are not followed, the company is not responsible for damage compensation.

Client Responsibilities
6.1 The client must promptly provide all necessary information and instructions for transport and customs documentation and supply documents verifying the information.
6.2 If the cargo is hazardous, the client must notify the forwarder about the exact type of danger and any necessary safety measures.
6.3 Cargo that is hazardous but unknown to the forwarder may be unloaded, destroyed, or rendered harmless at any time and place without compensation.
6.4 The client must pack the parcel according to transport requirements if required by the type of cargo.
6.5 The client must check the parcel contents before collection. After leaving the office, the company is not responsible for damage or shortage.

Forwarder Liability and Compensation
7.1 The forwarder is responsible only if the fault lies with it or its staff.
7.2 Compensation applies only to damage or loss of parcels after they are received by the warehouse.
7.3 In case of damage or loss, a complaint is filed, and an investigation begins with the airline. Compensation is made only after the investigation concludes.
7.4 Compensation is based on the submitted invoice.
7.5 If insured, compensation requires proof of purchase from the client.
7.6 The company reserves the right not to ship suspicious or parcels over 15 kg without full or partial payment to prevent potential damage.
7.7 If a parcel shows no external damage, the company is not responsible for compensation.

Cargo Insurance Obligation
8.1 In case of technical errors, the company must be notified immediately before the cargo arrives; otherwise, all liability from the forwarder is void.

Prohibited Items
United States: real money, coins, banknotes; bank and credit cards; letters, magazines; any type of food; explosives; firearms and parts; hunting or military targets; bows, crossbows; gold, silver, precious stones, jewelry; pornographic material; live animals, seeds, soil, plants; narcotics or psychotropic substances; medicines (more than 10 units); sprays, aerosols; alcohol; items with UN markings or air transport restrictions.
China: alcohol; antiques; sharp items (knives, scissors); bio-flavorings; tobacco; soil and seedlings; bows, crossbows; plants or seeds (limited quantity); narcotics; masks; pornographic material; magazines and catalogs; bank or credit documents; food; targets; paints (limited quantity); liquid parcels (limited); toxic substances (poisons); explosives or flammables; paintball guns and accessories; animal parts (bones, fur, ivory); psychotropic drugs; money; firearms or accessories; pets; precious items; medicines (more than 10 units); airbag-equipped steering wheels; perishable foods; flammable materials; airsoft guns; hunting or military targets; gold, silver, precious stones; pornographic material; live animals; soil; plants; seeds over 25 g; any narcotic or psychotropic substances.

Flight Schedule
10.1 China and US warehouses operate Monday to Friday. China shipments are sent once or twice per week.
10.2 Transportation from the US takes 7–15 days on average.
10.3 The invoice for transportation costs is generated in Tbilisi after the cargo arrives.
10.4 Flight schedules are not fixed. The company is not responsible for delays due to force majeure (weather, airline cancellations, holidays, pandemic conditions).

Courier Service
11.1 Clients can use courier service in Tbilisi and regionally.
11.2 Prepayment of all invoices is required to use courier services.
11.3 The courier delivers parcels to the address provided by the client in the system.
11.4 The courier does not carry parcels to upper floors.
11.5 The courier calls the client before arrival. If contact fails, the parcel is returned to the office for collection.
11.6 To receive parcels, the recipient must present ID, passport, or authorization. If a third party collects the parcel, they must also provide identification.
11.7 Delivery confirmation is done with ID and signature on paper or electronic device.

Customs Clearance
12.1 Declaration (sender, product code, and price) is mandatory on Aligeorgia website. The client is fully responsible for accuracy.
12.2 The client is responsible for customs procedures, with the company providing simplified assistance.
12.3 If customs or the Ministry of Finance imposes fines due to incomplete or inaccurate declaration, the client is liable.

Other Restrictions and Conditions
13.1 Offensive statements, actions against company interests, spreading false information, or promoting other forwarders may result in immediate service termination and Facebook block.
13.2 All information on Anex Express website is accurate and part of this contract. Using services signifies agreement.
13.3 Anex Express is not responsible for client errors in shipping addresses from China or the US. Address must match website records.
13.4 Anex Express fulfills all contractual obligations.
13.5 Anex Express may record communications via internet, phone, video surveillance, emails, chats, or calls to protect its rights in case of disputes.
13.6 Clients confirm all documents (ID, passport, bank receipt) are genuine and take full responsibility.
13.7 Anex Express may change service conditions or suspend service after notifying the client.
13.8 Client personal information is protected and will not be shared without a court order.
13.9 Client name cannot be changed after registration without company instructions.
13.10 Client and forwarder rights and obligations are governed by Georgian law.
